Happy-go-lucky-but-violent-porn

A man holding a mushroomFollowing the strict orders of Benesek’s world-saving agenda, the UK government went ahead and banned “extreme and violent pornography”. I think this means that no more BDSM and probably all the other nasties will be outlawed as well. This is all nice and dandy, but since I was a little girl, I’ve thought that suppression creates depression creates serial murderers – within some limits, of course.
The logic behind the call seems to be the basic one-murderer-played-videogames-thus-all-gamers-have-to-be-murderers in the making. Some Brightonese (UK) teacher was murdered by a guy who liked to shine his knob while watching dead people (and not the 6th sense type) – thus meaning that everybody watching leather bra catalogues have the capacity of killing teachers from Brighton without any premise.

From dead teachers it is only natural to talk about Latvia. Engadget wrote an article about some wifi-camera-thingy going on in there. Could someone go check it out and tell us what’s it all about?

This was one of the things I was planning to write about anyway – it’s a form of camera obscura which is set up as one of the exhibits in a really good exhibition in the Arsenals gallery at the moment. I shall revisit this and write it up properly when I get a little more time…
